Cosmetologist
PART-TIME or FULL-TIME | SEASONAL & YEAR ROUND POSITIONS AVAILABLE

The Cosmetologist provides beauty services for guests by performing the following duties.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES (include the following, other duties may be assigned)
- Performs manicures & pedicures according to licensing standards (may also assist with hair styling & make up application for group events & weddings).
- Interacts cooperatively with other spa team members to provide a seamless guest experience.
- Present a warm and professional persona towards guests and co-workers.
- Adheres to high professional image standard such as: dress, grooming & language.
- Practices the highest standard of sanitation, neatness and visual presentations.
- Maintains organized workstations.
- Completes daily check list of cleaning obligations and abides by all county, stated, and local laws and regulations regarding sanitation, cleanliness and safety.
- Adheres to work schedule and has good work ethics.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude.
- Equipment utilization: Pedicure stations, nail stations, implements and sanitation equipment.
- When licensed to do so, may also perform additional treatments such as massage, facials, etc.
- Varying work hours – must be available on weekends.
SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
- Must have valid State of Vermont Cosmetology License (Esthetician License could also be considered), with at least 12 months of practice in Vermont. Past resort or hospitality experience is preferred.
