SUMMARY
We’re looking for a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our creative team - someone who thrives on producing high-quality tactical creative assets, is comfortable juggling multiple projects, and is eager to learn the ins and outs of design production, sourcing, and content creation. The ideal candidate will have a strong design portfolio, excellent communication skills, and the ability to transform ideas into visually appealing assets that align with our brand. You’ll play a key role in supporting both our marketing and creative teams—working on everything from print materials and merchandise to social media content, photo/video assets, longer-form publications such as brochures, booklets, and employee handbooks, and broader brand campaigns.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Associate’s degree (AA) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read & comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, & memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one & small group situations to customers, clients and other employees of the organization.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio and percent to draw and interpret bar graphs.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
COMPUTER SKILLS
1-2 years of graphic design experience preferred. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Familiarity with Canva or similar tools. Experience with motion graphics or video editing software..
OTHER SKILLS & ABILITIES
Illustration experience a bonus. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Enthusiasm for learning, collaborating, and contributing to creative solutions.

While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly exposed to toxic or caustic chemicals. The employee is frequently exposed to outside weather conditions. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
RESORT CONDITIONS
This is a Winter Resort Area. It requires that work venues are varied, and in many cases include steep stairways, multilevel buildings and outdoor work areas, subject to very cold, sometimes wet or very sunny work sites. Some facilities are located at the base or bottom area and some are semi-remote and can only be reached by traveling via chair lift(s), skis or snowboards. Walking surfaces are frequently frozen, sloped and slippery. Proper footwear is a must, indoors and out. Work days and hours, as well as the number of hours required will vary, with an emphasis on weekends and holidays.
